The Orlando Imperial is pleased to welcome Chef Ian Hollman! As you know, we take our beer and wine seriously but we feel the same way about food. We've experimented with a few things over the last year and we've finally found what we've been searching for. Ian comes to us with a depth of culinary knowledge and a broad range of house-made flavors. Sure you'll find interesting meat and cheese plates, as any quality wine bar should have, but you'll also be treated to specials like house-cured pastrami to produce that beautiful Primanti Stack you see at the top left. You might find a seasonal pizza with pumpkin, fennel, herb ricotta and cauliflower, or you might just be lucky enough to walk in when he's making luxurious escargot toasts – pair that with one of our French wines and you'll be in Paris in no time.
But we're cooking seasonal and using local products as much as we can, so you can expect an ever changing menu.
